Schülke thermosept® NKP is a phosphoric acid-based liquid neutraliser and cleaner designed for automated and manual reprocessing of surgical instruments and laboratory glassware.
Composition: Contains orthophosphoric acid (phosphoric acid base).
Form & Characteristics: Foam-free, surfactant-free, residue-free liquid that dissolves limescale and acid-soluble deposits.
Packaging Size: Supplied as 2 x 5L.
Primary Applications:
- Neutralisation after alkaline cleaning in washer-disinfectors (dosage: 0.1 – 0.2% or 1–2 ml/L).
- Acidic pre-cleaning of instruments and machine interiors (dosage: 0.2 – 2% or 2–20 ml/L).
- Basic cleaning or manual immersion bath cleaning (dosage: approx. 4% or 40 ml/L).
Material Restrictions: Not suitable for coloured metals, chrome-plated parts, or anodised aluminium. All items, machines, and drains must be acid-resistant. Demineralised water is recommended for final rinsing.
